Where can I buy tickets?

Final release tickets are on sale from Eventbrite: https://electricgardens.eventbrite.co.nz

What tickets are available to buy?

Final release tickets are available for $130. A VIP experience is also available for $255.

What does VIP include?

Enjoy an evening of fabulous food and wine in the Gardens VIP section. Your ticket includes access to the zone where you will enjoy canapés and delicious food from Urban Gourmet. You’ll have prime viewing to make the most of Electric Gardens. Additional facilities include premium toilets, a private bar, with a wider selection of wine and cocktails.

Should I print my ticket off?

The PDF ticket on your phone is fine, just make sure your brightness is up. Printed tickets are welcome as well, of course.

How old do you have to be?

Electric Gardens is an R18 event, and you must provide a drivers license, passport, or 18+ card to enter.

I can’t find my tickets?

No problem! The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation: tickets will be attached as a PDF file you can print. See below:

Can’t find them, having trouble printing, or not sure if you have an Eventbrite account? Just enter your email address at eventbrite.com/gettickets. You can also log into the Eventbrite app or reference the Tickets page within your account. All your tickets are available to print or display on your smartphone.

Should you still have no luck finding tickets, it is most likely you entered your email address in wrong. Contact hello@endeavour.live and one of the team will get you sorted.

What facilities are available for the disabled and people with restricted movement?

There are Disabled Parks and wheelchair access. Disabled toilets are also available.

Is there parking at the venue?

What if it is raining on concert day?

We’ll do our best to cater for the weather, but the event will go ahead rain or shine, so be prepared and dress for the conditions.

What time do gates open?

Doors open at 2pm and the event ends at 10:30pm.

FOOD/BEVERAGE

Is there free water available at the venue?

Yes, there will be free water available at multiple locations on-site for you to refill your water bottles.

Can I purchase food and beverages at the concert?

Yes, there will be over ten food vendors and various beverages available for purchase.

Can we bring in food or alcohol?

There will be no BYO Alcohol allowed, but you can purchase alcohol at the event. No food or drink will be allowed in, sealed water bottles only.
